Order Cancellations :
You can request cancellations to your order right after it has been placed up until the point of dispatch.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner, we are unable to process cancellations.

At M-Ash, we take pride in delivering high-quality products that you’ll love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return option with the following terms and conditions:
Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- A return fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics costs.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are only accepted for sizing issues or if you received a wrong or defective product.

Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location.
Refund Process – After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed as follows:

- Processing time: 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products that show signs of wear, washing or damage.
