Typically, orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 3-5 working days.
Please note that our working days are from Monday to Saturday.
We aim to have your order delivered within 4-9 working days to most accessible locations.
However, certain delays may occasionally arise due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive to meet our standard delivery times, please understand that situations like extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions and public holidays may cause delays in your order’s arrival. In addition, issues such as local restrictions or high demand seasons might also extend delivery times.
If any of these unexpected events impact your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, providing updates and an estimated time frame for delivery.

Shipping Address :
Please double-check that the delivery address provided is accurate including your name, complete address (with city, state and postal code) and contact information.
Once your order has been shipped, the address cannot be altered.
Order Cancellations :
You can request cancellations to your order right after it has been placed, up until the point of dispatch.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner, we are unable to process cancellations.
