Q: What is M-ASH?
M-ASH is a fashion brand specializing in trendy, bold and fun t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts for men, women and kids. Our designs are made to reflect personality, confidence and self-expression.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
Currently, M-ASH is an online-only brand, but we ship all over India!
2. Orders & Payments
Q: How do I place an order?
Ordering from M-ASH is easy!
- Browse our collection and select your favorite items.
- Choose your size and add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and make the payment.
- Sit back and relax while we process your order!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallet payments through secure payment gateways.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request an order cancellation anytime before dispatch. Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship all across India.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days and delivery takes 4-9 working days, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email to monitor your package.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer express shipping, but we’re working on it!
4. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
At M-ASH, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return option with the following terms:
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- A return fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are accepted only for sizing issues, wrong items or defective products.
Q: How do I request a return?
- Contact Us – Email us at mash.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order details.
- Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location.
- Refund Process – After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method (after deducting ₹99).
Q: What items are non-returnable?
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products that show signs of wear, washing or damage.
5. Sizing & Product Details
Q: How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance!
Q: Will the t-shirt color be exactly the same as in the photos?
Colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting and screen settings.
Q: How should I care for my M-ASH t-shirts?
To keep your t-shirts looking fresh:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Do not bleach or use harsh detergents.
- Avoid direct ironing on prints.
- Air dry for longevity.
