Return Eligibility

• You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Returns are only accepted ONLY if you received a wrong or defective product.
• Return can be requested only ONCE.

Refund Process – After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed as follows:

Order Cancellations :

You can request cancellations to your order right after it has been placed up until the point of dispatch.Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner, we are unable to process cancellations.

At M-ASH, each piece is made-to-order, printed only after you place your order to reduce waste and support sustainability. Orders are processed within 3–5 working days (Monday–Saturday) and usually delivered within 4–9 working days to most locations.

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather, public holidays, transportation issues, or high-demand periods. If delays occur, we’ll keep you informed with updates and an estimated delivery timeline. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
